You are cordially invited to our ‘Second Sunday at Six’ program:

Date:  August 12, 2018

Place: All Saints Episcopal Church

           129 North Market Street

Musicians:
In September of 2008 a small group of friends and fellow music lovers came together to begin the Shade Mountain Strings.  The mountain dulcimer is the primary instrument along with guitar and autoharp.  None of them are professional musicians; they just enjoy playing a variety of songs and sharing information about their instruments.  They have played in different churches, coffee houses, reunions, and nursing homes, at the Snyder County Historical Society and at a Civil War re-enactment.  They always welcome new members.
Musical Selections will include:
  • Kum-Ba-Yah: (Come by Here) – Transcribed by Joe Colins
